Water is one of humans need of life. When we are thirsty, we drink a water. But the best water to drink is mineral water. Why choose mineral water?
This is because mineral water will keep our body health, launch body metabolism system and helps to reduce body weight.
The above statement is show when the enough water inside our body, it can simultaneously burn calories in the body.
When are the best time to drink mineral water?
1) After waking up from sleep
Drink a glass of water or more, to activate our internal organs
2) Before sleep or bed
Drink a glass of water or more, to prevent heart attack and stroke.
3) Before take a bath
Better drink a glass of water or more, to increase blood flow and reducing our blood pressure
4) Before taking a meal
Take a note to drink a glass of water 30 minutes before a meal, It can help the digestive system. Furthermore, our stomach can get ready to have a meal and not shocked by it.
